Automatic Reminders

Each property website you create has a memory based on the expiration date of your listing. Once your new website is active an internal timer will keep track of the last time you logged into the property which reset the timer. After 30-days you will receive a friendly reminder in your email asking if the website content is up to date. Simply click on the link to let the system know that there are no price changes or other content changes and you're done.

When a listing is within 30-days of expiration you will recieve an email reminder of the listing expiration date. 

These automated functions operate silently in the background of each website. So it makes no difference if you have 1 or 100 property websites.  You'll always be aware of time sensitive events for each property.
