Visitor Tracking

At the bottom of each property website page we have included a counter that keeps track of the number of page loads. This is certainly not high tech but there is a problem when you edit your website from your personal computer and unavoidably increment the number of page loads.

∙ Here's our solution to this annoying problem.

When you login to your PREFERREDHOMESonline website administrator page you can tell our servers to identify your IP address (your computer's location) with a simple click of the mouse.

This can be one location or dozens. As a result the future page loads from "your" computers will not be counted!

∙ Track website response to your local advertising!

You'll find a "counter reset" feature for each property website that resets the counter to zero. Use this feature to track activity over a known period of time, perhaps after you start running a classified ad or do a direct mail campaign.  Resetting this counter still leaves a "cumulative" counter that retains the sum total of page loads for as long as the site is active.  Another great marketing tool available on each property website!
